Process

How it works

A proposed service, described as contract commitments. Not a configured calendar, CRM, or backend check.

Proposed steps

  1. 01

    Agree on qualification in writing

Titles, company profile, disqualifiers, and what “held” means for your team would be written down before engagement. Unknown criteria would not be filled in later by assumption. This website does not collect or store those rules.

  2. 02

    Work only those rules

If a criterion cannot be verified, the proposed commitment is that the meeting is never passed to you. Unknown or unverifiable criteria fail closed. “Qualified” would mean your written definition — not a generic lead score, and not an independent certification this draft invents.

That behavior is not automated here, and it is not a backend safeguard that has been implemented.

  3. 03

Hand off a meeting the team can hold

The proposed result is a meeting on the client’s side of the table, with the handoff fields the client and its account executives asked for in writing. No calendar or CRM integration is configured. This preview cannot place a meeting on a calendar or write a record to a CRM.

  4. 04

    Invoice held, qualified meetings

$500 each, with monthly invoicing for meetings actually held that month. No upfront fee and no retainer in this draft offer. A no-show is not a held meeting and is not billed.

Proposed contractual commitments

Qualification rules

Plain language for a future contract, not a claim that software already enforces it.

  • Criteria are written and agreed before engagement. If the contract also requires a signature, that signature is a contract step. This site cannot collect one.
  • A meeting would not be passed on if those criteria cannot be verified.
  • “Qualified” means your written definition — not a generic lead score, and not an independent certification we invent.

This is a process commitment, not a promise of revenue, close rates, or pipeline dollar value. It is also not a promise of ROI or sales.

No-show billing

A no-show is not a held meeting and is not billed. The contract may set the attendance evidence and minimum duration that show the meeting was actually held. It cannot turn a no-show into a held meeting.

Outreach

A client’s brand name would be used in outreach only as authorized in writing. Messaging and channels would follow that client’s compliance rules and applicable law. That is a proposed commitment, not a configured sending tool, and it is not a legal opinion. This website cannot send outreach.
